Honestly the best moving experience of my life. They showed up when they said they would. The movers waited patiently for the house to close with no pressure. The guys were professional and moved some stuff around for me after the fact. Nothing was damaged and they even tried helping me catch my loose dog outside the house. When I was looking for a mover, I left messages with about 4 or 5 other companies and when I called Josh, he was the first person to actually answer his phone. I gave him a short summary of my complicated move, and he put me at ease immediately. I was selling a cottage north of the city and some stuff would have to go into a storage unit, with the rest coming to my house. In few weeks prior to the move, Josh assisted me and very patiently helped me figure out all the details, right down to whether we could fit shelves in the storage unit or not. On the day of the move, he took charge, used initiative, and kept me in the loop the whole way. And his team was great too. They all treated my stuff as if it was very valuable. I have never experienced this type of efficiency, in any other move I’ve had to do, and there’s been many of them. You truly get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company!!
Moving can be difficult and I was very pleased with the services of JR Moving. When I called, Josh came to our home to clarify what we needed to move and how long it would take. His quote was better value than other companies and his analysis of the time it would take was very accurate. We are seniors, and Josh and his crew did an excellent job of moving our furniture to our new condo. They moved our belongings safely and efficiently and put them exactly in place for us. His team was friendly and helpful. I would certainly use his service again in the future.
I had Josh and his crew move me yesterday and it was one of the hottest days this Summer, they worked non-stop. I would definitely give them 5 star for their Professionalism, Fair price, and Great care in my furniture. Josh came to my home 2 months prior gave me a quote and on that day if they had to do a second trip the price he gave me stayed the same, no extras. I thought I had a bit of stuff and his very large trailer was tightly and neatly packed where they only required to do 1 trip. If you are a person who wants less stress when it comes to moving I would consider JR Moving.
